It's exactly that--a
master at using water spells. Its method of attack if simple enough: It'll
command an energy sphere to flood the area with endless streams of water.
The flooding will stop temporarily when you strike the magician--until he
gathers himself and reappears elsewhere. If it senses your proximity or makes
contact with you, it'll disappear quickly and change location. Time is of
the essence, as letting it live too long will be your drowning downfall.
