As for the terms for sending in MP3s: Try to keep it as legal as possible; personal compositions are fine, but limit your contributions of actual game music to promotional material or, at the least, songs that have been recorded in a way that they don't violate any copyright laws (as in direct rips from domestic soundtracks).
