The Castlevania Anniversary Collection bonus ebook tells us that Kid Dracula (who may or may not be Alucard) has been asleep for 10,000 years yet his game seems to be set in "modern times." We can see, then, that Kid Dracula isn't as youthful as his name implies and that he has been fighting to attain/retain the title of "Dark Lord" for several millennia. This victory over Garamoth is his latest. (Though, none of Kid Dracula's adventures appear to fit into the Castlevania canon.)

    

    

Completing his victory, the diminutive Kid Dracula reclaims the throne. Joining him in the throne room are a couple of his newly won allies: knights, a bat, the witch, Frankenstein and Death. Pleased with these events, Kid Dracula throws up a peace sign.

Though, that peace may not be lasting long, for portence suggests that a new challenger may soon appear!
