I don't think uncle is going to join again.

He has been wanting to get away from the internet for a while now and I think the board change finally made him leave.

I hope I'm wrong though.

Alas, may his memory remain unforgotten.

In his stead I will answer any and all questions, if that matters.

10) Does Tim Rogers of Insert Credit write longer novel long posts than you? Just look at his FFVI "review!"

http://www.insertcredit.com/reviews/ffvi/

It's two pages and I don't understand what he's trying to get at after reading all that

Maybe we should quit until he has some time to catch up (if he decides to return).

Hmm..."Questions for Scott Time" now I guess. Anyway, here it goes:

13.) I've been thinking of importing some fighting games for the PS2 that, of course, aren't released in America. Which do you suggest, using a boot disc to run the games, or modding the system with a chip?

Theres a ton of bloody games we never got on the PS2 here. You're a fighter fan so I'll name a few to list.

Garou Densetsu Battle Archive 1
Garou Densetsu Battle Archive 2
Garou: Mark of the Wolves
The King of Fighters '94 Re-Bout
The King of Fighters Orochi Collection
Bakumatsu Roman: Last Blade 2-in-1
NeoGeo Battle Coliseum
Namco x Capcom
Vampire: Darkstalkers Collection

Yes, most of these are remakes or collections but thats what we lose.
I'm sure there are more than just off the top of my head.

Also, you can get games that were ported onto the PS2 in Japan but not here. Such as the ones I had to buy an Xbox to play in english... Samurai Shodown V, SVC: Chaos, Metal Slug 3.

Really though the Garou series definately needed a collection, too many games wern't noticed in this country, as a matter of fact I was just talking to someone 10 minutes ago about it. Most of these MOTW fans only see half of the beauty. Theres alot of story and character connections in it that most people don't notice, well simply because they hardly played the Garou series... But how can you when the only games we remember are maybe playing Fatal Fury on the SNES or Genesis?

I hope thats enough information. Theres alot of games in the making for the PS2 as well, point is it sells better in Japan and not here.

This thread was made a long time ago, but I feel it is noteworthy. Scott is a primary contributor to this forum, so I think he deserves attention. :3

14.) Do you plan on taking any video game screenshots anytime soon? If so, of what game(s)?

If anyone else lurks around here you probably just single-handedly got their hopes up. This thread (as far as asking me questions) is not necessary, especially because of the lack of community.

The answer to your question is no. My screenshot archive has been very inactive. Odd that you revive this thread though because I recently found this image in my clutter folder.
